fairy food

I read a lot of fairy tales when I was a kid. And I still do. There are a few consistent lessons, one of them being if you are in a house with strange beings, do not eat their food.  

Whatever he gave me, I did eat it. 

So this is where it gets bad. Something is going to change here, irrevocably and permanently. 

I'll give you three choices. 

1. Quit. Close the window. You don't win anything if you keep reading. You don't have to stay here right now, and you don't ever have to come back if you don't want to. 
2. Switch to being Elia. I have relived this many times. Now, when my mind dredges it back up, I [switch to being Elia][revert].
